So i heard Quark has TF2 support but when at the menu i choose ''Games'' and i can't find it there. Where is TF2?

It's a HL2-type game: select 'HL2' and in its configuration choose TF2. See: http://quark.sourceforge.net/infobase/intro.configuration.games.specificgames.hl2.html#config
