We're looking for QuArK developers. The news-post here says it all:

Okay, cool! Do you have any programming skills, and if so, in what languages?

Well, the current QuArK is written in a combination of Python and Delphi, and the far-future QuArK 7 will be Python and C++. If you're serious about joining the programmers, you'd better learn one/all of these languages.
Of course, we also need people making addons for game- and mod-support; do you know how to make those?

No offense, but your threads here prove you're not "very good at quark" or "a hardcore mapper". Also, we're looking for developers (of the programming kind), not map/model/mod-developers.

We should also add to this thread that if plp do not step up that have the Delphi and Python coding abilities QuArK will most likely soon die as Dancing Dan is becoming way too busy with real life obligations and I can not continue without his, or someone with his abilities, to assist me and the fact that I too am getting burned out after so many years into it.
Man...that's a heck of a long sentence

As the actual Hardkore mapper here, I would love to help Dan but I don't know any kinda language. I guess if you needed someone to test your plugins and stuff on games you dont own then I can do that for you all if you want. I can also do some of those how to videos if anyone needed one made.

Thank you all for your replies and willingness to help, it's greatly appreciated by both of us.
It's just that we need more on the programming end of it to keep QuArK's development alive.

I'm not really an expert on QuArk as it is, and I'm a much bigger fan of the Doom Engine and the source ports/editing tools it's spawned from the combined source codes of the games on that engine, but I do know programming languages. Don't really know much about Delphi, but Python and C++ I can handle.

There are (very vague) plans of doing a re-write in C++ and Python. Check here:
http://quark.sourceforge.net/quark7/
(This version of QuArK *could* be made such that it could also map for Doom 1 and 2...)

Doom 1 and 2? Like, using ZDoom's 3D sector specials? That sounds too good to be true.
And compiling maps made for doom engine games... as true 3D bsps? Holy mother of Korax! I like the sound of that
