Here's a question to all you QuArKers out there: Would you WANT to develop a plugin? Plugins are written in the Python language (which is relatively easy to learn), but all the things currently in QuArK are mostly undocumented. Are there any people out there that would like to make a plugin, but are held back by this lack of documentation?

I.e. would it be worthwhile for the QuArK development team to put some time into cleaning up the Python code, and producing proper documentation for it?

(Note: This is just a question, and does NOT mean we'll actually do it.)

I 'd like to do it. This doesn't mean I'll actually do it.

I'm proficient with JavaScript, PHP and a bit of C. I might be able to learn a bit of Python either. It depends if I need more capabilities for my engine, then I'd do it. Could be also useful for you, too. Documentation hasn't harmed anyone so far.

Documentation hasn't harmed anyone so far.

Well, not exactly. Good documentation is fine, and bad documentation isn't helpful and not harmful, true, but wrong documentation can be quite destructive.

Also, making documentation is tedious and time-intensive. I don't want to spend weeks on it, only to find out nobody uses it at all.
